Freediving is one of the most beautiful ways to explore the ocean. However, it can be dangerous if you don’t follow safety guidelines, just like anything else. That’s why it’s important to take a freediving course that provides you with all the necessary safety knowledge, allowing you to dive safely.
Remember our #1 rule: Never dive alone and always dive with a qualified buddy.

Freediving is a fantastic activity that can be enjoyed by almost anyone who wants to explore the underwater world. While it’s not difficult to learn, mastering it requires dedication, concentration, and regular training, just like any other sport. As long as you have the interest and don’t have any medical conditions that pose risks, freediving is an ideal pursuit for you!
Ideally, yes. You don’t have to be a swimming pro for taking our freediving course, but keeping yourself comfortable in the water is important.
Basically, they are very similar in terms of the course structure. One of the most noticeable differences is the varying requirements for each course.
Regardless of which one you choose, you will receive comprehensive knowledge under our guidance.
No, you don’t have to. Everyone is eligible for any of our courses as long as they meet the course prerequisites.
If you have a scuba diving license and are very comfortable in the water, we recommend going straight for the AIDA 2/Wave 1 course.
We will provide masks, snorkels, and fins to our AIDA 1 participants.
For other freediving courses, you should prepare your own equipment.

We are here to ensure that everyone receives the best care in class. Therefore, the course will be conducted in a small class setting, with a minimum ratio of 1:2 and a maximum ratio of 1:4 students.
1:1 sessions are available upon request.
By attending all the classes and completing the requirements of each course satisfactorily, you will earn a qualification.
If the passing requirement(s) is/are not met within the specified time frame during the course, students may join our coaching session and continue to practice the required technique. Once it is accomplished within 1 year from the start date of the original course, it will be considered a pass.
Yes, we encourage our students and all freedivers to continue improving their skills. Regular training not only helps you maintain yourself in good form and refine your techniques, but also provides opportunities to meet new faces at EZZDIVE.

No, it’s all about fun. Whether you have taken the course but have not yet passed or have no experience underwater at all, we can organize the shoot according to your level.
Additionally, if you are unsure, we can provide you with an introduction lesson specialized in photo taking. We will teach you how to hold your breath and be relaxed underwater.
