Advance Freediving Course - AIDA 3 / WAVE 2

Take your freediving skills to the next level with our AIDA 3 / WAVE 2 freediving freediving course. Designed for those who have completed the AIDA 2 / WAVE 1 freediving course, or have equivalent experience, looking to enhance their skills and take on greater challenges. Building upon the foundation laid in the AIDA 2 / WAVE 1 course, this advanced level course offers comprehensive training and development in depth diving techniques and safety procedures.

Some of the new techniques that are introduced are free-fall, mastering Frenzel equalizing, training concept, planning a dive session, the risks of increasing and decreasing pressure and also how to minimize these risks. During a WAVE 2 course, you will also learn about several mental techniques and how to dive without fins.

Upon successful completion of the AIDA 3 / WAVE 2 Freediving Course, you will receive a certification that recognizes your advanced skills and abilities as a freediver. This certification signifies your readiness to undertake challenging dives and opens doors to further exploration and participation in advanced freediving activities safely and independently with similar experienced freedive buddies.
