The AIDA 1 Freediving Course curriculum covers the following key areas:

• What equipment is required?
• How to prepare for a breath-hold dive, including breathing techniques, equalization, duck diving, finning, buddying, and safety protocols.
• Understanding the main risks and dangers associated with freediving and how to mitigate them

Throughout the AIDA 1 Freediving Course, safety is emphasized, and participants will be educated on the potential risks and how to mitigate them. Training will be conducted by experienced and certified freediving instructors who will provide personalized guidance and feedback to help you improve your breath-holding abilities and build confidence in the water.

Upon successful completion of the AIDA 1 Freediving Course, participants will receive a certification that recognizes their achievement and serves as a stepping stone for further progression in the world of freediving. There is no requirement needed.
