AIDA 1
DISCOVER FREEDIVING COURSE
Offering basic principles of freediving and introductory skills. You'll dive into the freediving theory, such as learning about the gear, dive preparation, breathing cycle, equalisation and most importantly, how to dive safely.
This freediving course is designed for people who wonder what freediving is and want to have a first taste of holding your breath underwater.
AIDA 2 / WAVE 1
BEGINNER Freediver Course
This course offers comprehensive foundation of freediving, equips you with essential theoretical knowledge and fundamental freediving techniques. Such as, dive in to different disciplines of freediving, focusing on safety, relaxation, proper breathing and equalisation techniques. Making you a safe freediver to explore the underwater world comfortably.
This freediving course are designed for people who are confident in the water. Experience in diving is not compulsory.
AIDA 3 / WAVE 2
ADVANCED FREEDIVER COURSE
Build on your foundation from AIDA 2/ WAVE 1, this course aims to enhance and solidify your freediving technique, while empowering you with the skills and knowledge to independently plan and participating in freediving activities with similarly experienced buddies.
This freediving course is designed for freedivers who seek improvement on their freediving journey.
